Scientific workshop. "Streamlining legal access of local population and small businesses to forest resources"

Green Cross Society invites representatives of governmental institutuions, NGOs and small business take part in a seminar in the framework of the Regional Programme ENPI-FLEG (Improving Forest Law Enforcement and Governance). The aim of seminar is oriented towards improving existing procedures of local people and small businesses access to forest resources.
